Newport Beach-based chef and baker Kaustubh Mahamuni is baking up Panettone (traditional, Raspberry Dark Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry, and Mini Sourdough Panettone) that make a wonderful gift for family and friends. Panettone is baked the traditional Italian way - with naturally leavened sourdough packed with candied lemon, orange, and ginger, raisins, and walnuts. This sweet cake-like bread is rich and buttery, a scrumptious start to your day!
Each Panettone has a shelf life of 3 weeks, contains no preservatives, and comes in a custom-designed box.

They offer Panettone as corporate/client gifts, as well as a delicious holiday treat to share with loved ones near and far (they ship well) - the perfect gift for under $30!

All sourdough bread is baked fresh for pick-up on Saturdays. Orders for the week must be made by Thursday. All orders are ready for pick-up on Saturdays between 10.30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Poppy & Seed’s New Chef’s Tasting Menu

Poppy & Seed, the greenhouse-inspired concept located within the Anaheim Packing District just launched a Chef’s Tasting Menu. From the creators of beloved DTLA brunch spot, Poppy + Rose, Michael and Kwini Reed created this seasonally driven chef’s tasting menu that incorporates fresh fruits, vegetables, microgreens, and herbs plucked straight from the restaurant’s in-house garden, and will showcase both signature and exclusive dishes.
Served family-style and intended to evoke conversation and bring together friends, family, and community through delicious food, the multi-course meal selections are available in a three-course ($65) or five-course ($85) option. The Chef’s Tasting Menu will change every month to incorporate the latest in-season produce and ingredients.
Open 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday to Friday; 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
